    Chris his (small) Luftwaffe collection

    Hello, collectors !

After lurking and posting for a few years here, I have decided that it is time to post some of my collection. I have been collecting for 11 years since i was 12. (I am 23 now) My main collecting focus is Luftwaffe aircraftparts, some medals etc etc. If i find something I like i add it to the collection. I regrettably sold some of my collection 2 years ago, but I am slowly building it up right now. I hope you guys enjoy, and I excuse myself for some of the bad quality pictures.

First up one of the top items in my collection, a silver cup (abschussbecher in German) given to Night fighter pilot Rudolf Sigmund of NJG1 and later NJG3. He was Helmut Lents Adjudant, and had a totall of 28 kills to his name. U can read more about him here: http://www.luftwaffe.cz/sigmund.html. I am still looking for info and pictures of him, his crew and his aircraft so if someone could help me out that would be great !
