Thought I would share my collection with you.
Starting off with some pictures of my office display. And I will narrow it down to more detailed about the items as we go.

The porsellain is all LW except the Nordag one, that is from Norwegian Hydro after it was German occupied. They started a own series from Porsgrunn Porselen.

Here you see my SA dagger , J.P. Sauer & sohn Zuhl in near mint condition,
A standard nsdap membership pin, a norwegian "ss frontkjemper" brochyre, and a kvk of 1.class makermade by "84". Shellcasings and bullets are from a 7.92 german mauser rifle.

This is a standard good looking k98 bayonet, matching numbers.
And a early iron cross 2.class with magnetic center. Ring is unmarked.
The kvk is 2.class with in bronzed tombak.
Background is a 1941 grainsack in very good condition.

More details on the objects currently showing.
This is a german finnish friendship bracelet. This has been a very difficult object to research. I have only heard of one more of theese, and rumors say thst its in a museum in Finland. Bought from a german auction house.
Walter Rosenwald once made a catalogue were this was displayed, but I have only seen bits of it. I will post what I have sbout it here in this post.
Still searching for more information.
The plate is made from bronze, and the bracelet is brass with springs, making it fit different sizes.

Present War merit crosses:

This beautiful war merit cross with swords (kvk) of 1.class i makermade by "84". In outstanding condition and has a well working pin.
This was bought from Sweden.
Regardless of value, this is one of my favorite objects.




The second one is a early die struck, tombak based and bronze washed 2nd Class War Merit with Swords. It depicts a pebbled maltese style cross with two crossed broad swords and a wreathed swastika / 1939 center. The ring is unmarked. it has 4 1/2 inches of original ribbon.

This iron cross is A good example of a 2nd Class Iron Cross! This example features a die struck, three piece, magnetic iron core and nickel silver frame. The obverse features a black enameled painted pattee style cross with a raised centrally placed swastika, above a raised “1939” to the lower arm. This is then surrounded by a ribbed and flat outlying boarder. The reverse features a raised “1813” to the lower arm. The ring is unmarked.

Over to my 25years faithfull service medal in original box.
The medal itself is in perfect condition, and the box is pretty nice to.
This was a buy I did here in Norway.

Now my pride object of them all.
My J.P. Sauer & Sohn Suhl Gegr. SA dagger.
Its in near mint condition, the motto is bright and crisp, reverse lower crossguard marked "Fr" grip and SA ennamel is in perfect condition, scabbard has some small oxidation spots, ball is perfect and it fits perfect!

What is the story on the desk?

And you work in your office? Or is it part of the collection?

I do not work in it
It's the way I chose to display everything. The desk, lamp, newspaper and everything in this room is german or atleast from the right timeperiod.
The desk itself is from a German barak that was here in My hometown in Norway. My grandfather bought the barak to use materials building, and kept a lot of the items .
He is now 96 years og age and was in the norwegian army and fought against Nazi Germany . He even participated in the battle of Narvik.
