My VERY VERY humble Award and Insignia Collection

Here's my VERY humble award and insignia collection. 3 Medals and 2 badges I am getting a GAB from another forum member soon, and I have put out an ad in the wanted section for a number of other awards. Hopefully this will help my collection grow. If anyone wants to donate anything they are very welcome to!Haha. I try to pick nice, worn examples. The wound badge is marked L/56 and the Ostmedaille, 65. The only thing which I do not know to be 100% WWII for certain, is the Edelweiss. What does everyone else think?
    Thanks for your comments,
    Thomas

      Thomas,

You're off to a great start!

I REALLY like your EK and Ost Medal. Very crisp and clean. Looking forward to seeing your GAB.

      Thanks for sharing.

        Hi Thomas,

Very nice looking medals. I think you're doing it right getting examples in really good condition. Your edelweiss patch looks ok to me, typical late war style. You might consider getting a blacklight if you don't have one. They're easily found on ebay for not much money and they're good for checking out things like patches and ribbons. (I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know ).

        Happy Collecting,
        Tim

                      Very Nice

                      Hi Tom,

You and I must think alike as my small collection (posted here a few weeks ago under k1mri) has just about the same items.

I just added a few things yesterday, take a look if you like. Check out my new additions scroll down to the last poast.
