New Displays in the Hobby Room

Three new mannequins were delivered on Friday and I couldn't wait to set them up!! first up is a LW Flak Officer wearing a converted four pocket tropical jacket to a flight blouse.

Next up is a Flak soldier wearing his heavy winter coveralls. I need to do some work on the mannequin giving it some flesh tone and paint the eyes.

You know, there's some serious money out there to be made by someone artisitic enough to convert these department store escapees into something a little more suitable the display of militaria...

Seriously though, it's a great display. However the expression of that flak officer had me on the floor..

Thanks for your compliment. My Digiital isn't the best so here goes!! The Documents are behind glass and the glare makes it difficult to take snaps. There is a four document grouping (EK2, LW Ground Assault, Eastern Front Medal. and KRETA cufftitle) glued to a hard backing by the Veteran. Name of the Vet is Uffz Max Kretchmer, FJ Pak Kompanie 2
