Truly FANTASTIC diorama Florian, a real amazing job you've done here !!!!

But I'm still convinced that a so much beautiful scene with such paying attention given to details, as per the superb job done on the mannequins positions with a real lifelike rendering, really deserves that the visible parts of the mannequins (heads & hands) are painted to match the realism of the rest...one day maybe...

Would be nice to have the space to give the set a permanent place but it really needs a lot of space ... I need another room for that But we will see what will happen in the future.
I am thinking of a fourth figure to join the set

Well worn winter stuff is hard to get but displays even better than mint stuff imo. still need some winter stuff to change the gear which is seen on the pics like wintercamo gas canister or helmet. But hard to find.

you are abolute right! That's an open point on my list for the figures. They need to be painted to show the freezing cold wind in the faces and on the hands to make it a bit more realistic.
Bit before that I have to do a fine tuning on the figues
