    The little things in life....

This is not a high dollar item, but when I got it out of the box and looked it over, something about it just "spoke" to me. Dirty and sweat stained, lowly Pioneer LT tunic, with a few holes here and there...nothing really to speak of when compared to some other tunics, but this thing just looks really cool. You can tell it was there. My pictures don't capture the real look of it.

I was really thinking of hanging up this hobby, but this relatively inexpensive tunic has inspired me a bit.

    Thanks William.

    Hope you guys like it.

I know what you mean and sometimes the simplest things are the best things!

I also once quit this hobby about 6 years ago and started up again just about 2 years ago.... I am still ripping my hair off for items I'll never get back.
And the years without was hell everytime I watched a war movie or documentary cause I wanted my RKs and Uniforms back.

          I guess the lesson is: Don't quit...once a collector, always a collector.
Take a break instead if you have to.

          BTW: Great tunic!

          Best

Hey Bob - great display! And please hang in there. You're collection is fantastic and as Mads said - you would likely regret getting out of it.

Do you have a thread on the GJ tunic? Would love to have a closer look at that.

It's looking real good Bob - your tunic collection is one of my favorites man. I hope you're not going anywhere, as I always enjoy your posts and photography

                True that.

I left the hobby for an extended time - changing jobs and other factors pushed it out of my life. Regret that.

I had a giant collection of DDR items. And sold all but a few things... Trying to come back and start over; especially when you're no spring chicken is a little disheartening.

I'll never have a collection to match most of the ones posted here; but I'm much happier having a few things than not being part of the game at all...

Thanks all for the kind remarks. I'm not going anywhere, but seem to have a low point in my ambition to add to my collection. I thought of walking away for a few months, but I enjoy this hobby.

Adam, here is a link to a thread about the GJ tunic. Not much comment, but gives a few (poor quality) pics. It is a VERY nice tunic in outstanding condition.

Very nice displays. Yes collecting faitique can set in, but not having a collection is much worse. J
