I'm primarily a USMC collector, but have dabbled in TR a bit off an on over the past 15 years or so. Because it's not my primary hobby, it's limited to one of those tall and fairly narrow tower display cases. I was trying to figure out how best to display my badges, and figured that they would obscure themselves a bit on the shelf itself in rows, and leave far too much room overhead. Then I found this acrylic step set on Amazon...the height of the steps is perfect to not obscure the badges, it takes up most of the shelf with only a half inch on either side, which ensures it doesn't slip off, and leaves room in front on the original shelf for another row, and then stuff laid flat in front of that such as patches.

Please excuse the poor quality, still working the light to the case. And please excuse the crooked badges, I have to break out the dremel and modify a few of the stands so the badges sit better on them. My goal with this post isn't really to display my collection at the moment, it's to share a display idea with you guys
