I have a feeling we will be great friends, at least in terms of our tastes. I have come to love those 65's. Including the RK's. I never thought I would like them over Junckers, but now given a choice, it's K&Q.

I think if I told you what I paid for the EKII 65 and packet, you would be mad. So I'll just say it was about the same as any cross and packet. I was lucky!

Although not really an award collector, but this site is having an affect on me, I must admit, a very nice and well presented collection. Just a couple of things, the way that you have displayed your awards, is that a proper display cabinet, or have you just converted it? The other thing, what is the item on top of the award document?

Simon, the cabinets are built by me from old stereoracks made from wood.
And the thingy on the document is a "thingy" (don't know the name) to put on the K98 when it is snowing and raining.
