Hello all,
Just wanted to share this little display I put together. The badge is a family piece which belongs to my wife. She has frequently talked about displaying it in some way, so I surprised her today with this. It seems this particular festabzeichen always causes a little bit of debate. I'll go on the record as saying that I don't believe they were anything more than that, but I appreciate the significance of the event they commemorate and think they are a neat piece of history. The print if you can't tell is of the November 9th memorial unveiled in 1933.
