ZENTRALE = central command post (in the middle of the boat)
FLUTVORRICHTUNG fluten = to dive, so it is concerning the preparation of the dive
FUNKRAUM UND HOCHRAUM = the place occupied by the radioman at his listening device for surface ship propellors
ZENTRALE UND TURM = something/somewhere in between the central command post and the u boats turret
