I used to have a video production company and transferred hundreds of different war time films of this variety over to DVD over the years. The were made for wide distribution and are not rare. If you really want to see them look for conversions that have already been made to DVD and save yourself the expense.
The only footage during this time period that would be valuable would be privately shot filmwork like the well known examples by Eva Braun. If footage of this type of any Nazi big whig turned up it would be valuable and desirable
