and hers mine! now iv been told buy the seller that hes not sure if there proper 57 oaks as there suposadly(??) a little to small but i still think there sweet! and there marked 800 on the back! a nice set! and great posts every one! just goes to show that the early ones were pretty well made after all!!keep em coming i know we got more 57 oaks and swords out there!!!

This is my first posting! Thought I would share my '57 OLS. They are die struck, OL measure 20mm and swords 24mm each. "Pebble" finish inside sword hilts match finish to leaves. Reverse marked 800 on left side. I'm interested in obtaining an early '57 RK - any leads? Thankx

wow now thats a nice set!!!! as for a early 57 rk best bet is to put a wanted add in the estand,and check out the dealer websites realy!!! any more 57s sets out there???

I was offered an early rk, but the soldering and beading is not top quality. You can view here > http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ad.php?t=70889. I'm not sure if it's still available, but the price was half of what these early pieces go for. Have a look and let me know.
