Hi Terrance,

The blue flag is a souvenir pin for the Kreuzer Emden. It actually comes from a large family photo group of a naval guy who served on the Blucher and Tirpitz, it belonged to his father, initials scratched on the back. You do see these from time to time. The rare pin is the Norway Dockyard workers, unfortunately the pin has been broken off the back.

This is a truly stunning collection. I know I am digging this one out, but there are such a shortage of members who post their collections involving the Kriegsmarine and this collection is outstanding.
Some truly mint badges tastefully displayed.

Very envious. That 1st model S-boat is the the best I have ever seen.
