My collection, up on the site

I have been collecting for about 10 years now and have spent the last 6 months getting my "accumulation" up onto a wordpress blog here.

I have my share of lead pencils of course but I have also found some fairly unusual pieces. I have stopped collecting Jerry badges simply because of the fakery and have focused on family medals and infantry weapons.

I have a K98, an Arisaka, an LP08 and some HJ uniform items still to go up but it's pretty much all there. This stuff has come from Ontario and the Baltic mostly with a little help from my friend James down in Florida.

First time seeing this post and gotta say, well done! The chamber pots are hilarious.

Thanks very much. Yes, for years I just tracked all of this through a spreadsheet and to be frank, lost track of some items. When, in April, I started putting these up on a wordpress blog I decided to track down manufacturers and the back stories as well. So, National Archives, CWGC records, random Danish guys I found on the internet, everyone got a squeeze

The downside was discovering how many fakes I had amongst my German stuff. The upside was discovering the lives of the men who earned my groups, as well as the history behind such quirky things as the chamber pots
