Question from a Rookie. I recently started diversifying my WWII collection to include helmets in which I have acquired a few within the last month from this forum. My question is I am in the final stages of building my war room and been looking for wall mounts for my helmets to hang over my K98’s. I have seen several mannequins’ or (post) helmet stands for shelves but nothing for wall mounting. I have conducted a search on the forum and nothing turned or maybe I missed it. I also searched eBay and found numerous wall mounted hat racks which look to frail or flimsy to support the helmet. I figured you guys on this forum would be the who’s who that would know. I guess I'm looking for something that is worthy to hold up history or maybe I just need to find some old iron and fabricate something up. Sorry for the rant as any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran into this problem, I just posted an add on craigslist and had a local metal fabricator do some up for me at 30$ a pop.
(my american helmets have stars as the base, canadian have maple leaves and German have Iron crosses)
. Just make sure you set them in studs. -
