I have try to make a realistic volkssturm man.
I have used a m42 helmet with some camo under the breadbag strap a army buckle single k98 pouch and a org todt mantel wich is heavy used.

Nice M42. I'm not sure I have ever seen a Volkssturm photo with camo foliage on the helmet, in most of the areas they served in the winter of 1944- spring 1945 there might not have been any foliage to use.

Ok maybe its better that i removed the foliage.
I like to display volkssturm because i can mix everything.

There are some pictures of a volkssturm unit with bread bag straps and foliage!!!!! -wearing zelts as well.

New one in my collection its a german holster for the French unique 17 pistol, i buy it for only 10 euro´s
