    my different german displays

    I will post here my different realization of german mannequin in ww2


    here is a crew member of Panzer Artillerie Regiment 13 (13 Pz division) on the eastern front, january 44




    he is going for resupply of 7.92 ammunition for the MG to protect the battery SdKfz 165 HUMMEL



    he is wearing the gard coat, the warm model but heavier too (4 kg)
    In his back a "Tragegestell" to transport the ammunition boxes

    the same guy, a NCO, in germany, during a short vacation, some years before

    his feldbluse is a M40 model (made in 1941)

      21.LW Feld Division april 1943

      here is a member of the 21. LW Feld Division in april 1943
      he is part of jäger regiment 42, on the north part of the eastern front (staraja- russa aera)

        Grenadier on Gustav line, italy 1943.

        the allies have landed in italy
        German conduct defensive battle, behing strong defensive lines



        this grenadier is from Grenadier Regiment 576 of the 305 ID.
        He is protecting the building of a panzerstallung with panther turret (partisan have been seen in the aera)

          winter 43-44 on the esatern front

          after kursk, the victory is no more possible but local counterattack keep possible.
          retreating again and again to stay alive

            Leutnant à la 2./Pi. Bat. 147

            Mai 44, this leutnant is a platoon leader in the 2./Pi. bat.147, pionier bataillon of the 47 infantery division located in the north of France (Calais - Boulogne) wainting fort he invasion.

            in august 1944, the division will receive the order to reach the normandy front...

              somewhere in the Pô valley

              this is a member of 15.Pz.gren.Rgt (29.Pz.Gren.division)

              2 captured sherman are moving in his back




              he is wearing a model 44 feldbluse
















              Ps : the aertex shirt is a bundeswehr one (I am looking for a ww2 one)

                            Good looking displays, and a very nice collection!!

                            I like the way you imagine how it was back then, it gives exra life to these old pieces of militaria.
