Thanks, it didnt look like it was pressed against the glass from the pic but you never know. Whenever I try to get a ribbon to fold (and stay) it is a nightmare getting it to sit right.

the ribbon is held in place by some cotton thread which goes through some pin holes through the back of the frame. small tack of thread to hold the ribbon together in the middle. the ek2 hangs naturally.

again thankyou for your nice comments. makes one feel alot better while recovering from road accident whilst at work. hence had time to go over what effect i thought would look nice.. see what i come up with next ???

You can always iron the ribbon. Lay it flat on the board and cover it with a clean white t-shirt, iron on low heat. Doesn't hurt the ribbon a bit, and you can get the effect you want. And later, you can iron it back out if you want. Done this many times and never an ill effect on the ribbon.
