Not much time to invest in collection recently, but still some very nice items are finding their way for us to meet.
First is a quite rare Italian Regia Marina officer's submarine badge I was looking for quite some time, and it finally landed in my hands.
Second is a full set of different types of extremely Royal Yugoslav naval uniforms with the color of band leader. Long coat, short reefer, cape and overcoat are, as far as I know, never seen in complete set so I am more than happy to get it.
When it's from band leader, which were only few in the whole country, my happines is even bigger.
As I live in Dubai now I still do not have it in hand, so goin' home, apart of being with family, also has another dimension for a collector inside me, this time.
Then I will post a better photos on a busts, to show off a bit ;-)

Fantastic Collection
Always nice to see so many Beautiful items.
I have seen the periscope earlier but most of the items are new for me.
Collecting goes up and down over the time but submarines and Navy Always return as a basic element.
For the moment I am hunting a helmet from 30 years War but I am soon back in second World War again.
My best luck for finding new interesting items

Those are tailor's torsos, mostly made of styrofoam and few are some soft foam.
They are quite old so I guess not outgassing any longer, but anyway I wrap them all in polyethilene sheet before utting the uniforms on.
Styrofoam is also handy to shape and resize with wire cutter and torch if necessary.
