update, the RKT of my photo has been finally identified :
Wippermann Max, Luftwaffe Oberleutnant, Platoon leader in the 7./Flak-Regiment 4 (motorized) awarded November 16 1942. (Scherzer 2007, p. 790.)

indeed Weisner it is one of the most important from my collection. well seen
