    Moving To Hawaii

    Greetings all,
I have just a quick question. The Air Force is moving me to Hawaii (I leave on Friday). I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good antique stores or militaria dealers in or around the Oahu area?
Interested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. Also any AH related memorabilia--silverware, linen, crystal, china...
    All the best,
    Chris

    In Hawaii

    EKman,
Welcome to Hawaii! I've been stationed here about 5 years (Army) and have been to a few antique stores, etc., as time permits. I've found a few neat things here and there, nothing major. No real dealers here either. Since I've been on island, a total of one person has seen my collection, Chris from the FJ forum, while he was here on business. Drop me note when you get settled in; would love to compare collections over a beer. Take care,

    John

Sent the Hawaii guys a PM. Been here 27 years. Check Doug Boyers Militartia. He is in the phone book. Also, an operation on Sand Island, called Military HQ. Sandy runs that shop. SOmetimes they have collectibles, but mostly surplus though with a mix of new items, such as knives etc.

Enjoy HAwaii, don't get a sunburn and watch out for big waves during winter if swimming on Oahus North Shore.
