thanks for showing this great display! - First time I see a collection of medals from communist countries. I wonder if a lot of people collect these. If I had not started collecting something else, these might have convinced me.

Hi Ludwig,


This is the Collections Forum.........non specific area where we can show off our collections of military toys/models to medals from Zaire.

I too collect Russian and East German medals and have over 500 other world medals, this forum now incorporates for American, British & Commonwealth, Comm Bloc, international (other without being specific) etc etc.

So I don't think it matters what we show here really, it's all interesting anyway.

A most excellent collection you have there, please feel free to show us more on the Communist Bloc Forum. There are indeed many avid collectors of these medals including me.......who also collects German WW2 medals.

Very nice Russian collection, looks like you have a complete set. A nice looking Nevsky order in there too.

How many other countries do you have represented, besides the few American ones? I thought I saw one North Korean and maybe Chinese & East German.
