Thats one neat example. Under what circumstances was this made? You mention Head of State. Was it given to foreign countries leaders?
The MK edition in the youtube video is almost like an codex argentus (Wulfilas bible, currently residing in Sweden) of the Drittes Reich. So sad that it most likely met it's demise in the terror-bombings.

The book was made on behalf of Max Amann leaders as a gift for friends! It should have been only a handful! But this is only known and well-preserved! A museum artifact!
