Berchtesgaden tea set --silver

here is my tea set from the Hotel Bellvue in Berchtesgaden
Look at that patina!! so thick,,,,you can see where the sugar and creamer
used to sit,,,,should I polish this set up?

the Hotel is no longer in existance....if anyone has any info on this hotel,,I would be glad if you would share it!

Hmm, I don't know. But does it matter?
It's a very nice and rare set..

It may be plated but most services were .800 SC. My guess is, if no content is marked, it's plated.
