Tirpitz Deck Teakwood.....

Hello, all.....

It's a small thing, but I just thought I'd share this section of teakwood, from the deck of the Tirpitz, that was graciously given to me by a Forum member, some time back.....(Thanks, T.)

I obtained a replica HSF badge, and filed the pin, hinge and catch off, then mounted it on the wood.

I think it makes a nice display.

Nice honorable way to compliment the deck with the HSF badge. It renders it much more appealing. A nice engraved narration plate in a frame/ border would really distinguish the pertinent item with a greater impact.

I like the creativity.

I got some from a 3 month stay in Tromso a nice relic
