    For Under A Thousand

After I completed my collection of WW2 German stuff, I decided to do a mini collection of WW1 and Memorial items.
For under a thousand bucks I put this together. It shows what you can do, even if you don't have allot to spend or just don't want to spend allot.
My wife's grandfather was in the Meuse Argonne Offensive. My father was on the Bataan Death March. And my wife's father was part of the Red Ball Express.
Both our fathers were in Korea as well.
My father has passed, and my wife's father, 89, is and on the verge of passing.
I now try to honor all soldiers from all conflicts, recognizing that there isn't a whole hell of allot of difference between soldiers, no matter what side they were on.

          Jurggie,

The French and Doughboy helmets have their liners. The German doesn't.
