    Beautiful Spitfire model.

Happy Birthday to me! This lovely metal model was found, believe it or not, in my local garden centre. It's hand made, rustic and a real cracker. It's wingspan is 18" and it's length is 16". It weighs 665g and only cost my wife £25. A nice piece, and unique. And i know it's not period made. It's just a very nice model.

Looks like it's still quite old. Any thoughts on when it was produced?

Looks similar to this Stuka my brother found in a flea market in Japan last year. He said the market had several different types to choose from.

Loving the Stuka Scott. Very similarly made.

I love both models and I would love to own either one.
