Artillery Regiment, who wears a "garbanzo" (chickpea) coloured tunic with some interesting insignia sewn on it, as well as a red beret and the Spanish belt + buckle and ammo pouches as worn during the departure to Grafenwöhr in 1941.

*On his right arm he is wearing a German type BeVo patch of the Blue Division, taken from the German Heer tunic as a memento.
*On his left sleeve he is wearing a Seo de Urgel Army Group metal shield since he was a veteran of the Spanish Civil War and he fought for Francoists under the leadership of General Muñoz-Grandes (later General of the Blue Division).
*On his right pocket he wears a metal insignia of the SEU (Sindicato Español Universitario), which means that he was a young student and belonged to that association, like many other volunteers. Above, he has sewn the bevo eagle of his Wehrmacht uniform.
*On the second buttonhole, he wears the ribbon of the medal of the first winter on the East.
*On the left breast he is wearing the "galleta" or rank insignia for cabo (corporal) over the pocket and the Falange cloth patch on the pocket itself.
              * On the collar he is wearing 2 metal insignias for Artillery.

As for the beret, he is wearing the insignia of Artillery of the Spanish Army and also a bevo eagle of the German overseas cap of the Wehrmacht.

The brown leather ammo pouches are the same they wore when they get to Germany, as well as leather straps. Belt buckle is the Republican buckle for Infantry, without the crown. As a mather of fact, all the stuff like pants, tunics and buckles that Volunteers were given were taken from storehouses seized from Republicans during SCW.

Buckle doesn't match the artillery nature of the uniform, but i must find one

I also have the Norwegian type pants, same colour, and the leather military gaiters. No legs to display them though
              Stunning! congratulations Gernika.

You've really built a great, systematic collection of Spanish "been-there" lids over the past 10 years!

Each one has unique characteristics. All are very interesting in their own right and I say this as someone who does personally not care much about helmets!

One of your last lids you were actually able to trace back to the original owner! - How about that!

Congrats my friend. A job very well done!
