Here your can find the dog tag from Leandro Polanco y Drake, seargent from the Cia de Esquiadores who cross the Illmen with the captain Ordás.
He got an Iron Cross II class for it. THe documents and the order are in possesion of his son.
I post also a picture from him.

Some pins

Well, and here my little collection of pins of the Blue Division. Also at the edge you will find a very uncommon piece of an eagle with the Yugo y Flechas instead of the swaz. Not easy to find, as it was a particular work from a jeweler in Spain.

About the picture from my uncle Leandro, I have tried several times and will try again soon.

Hay otra foto de él, antes del Illmen que está en el libro de Españoles en la Segunda GUerra Mundial, editado por Ricardo Recio y donde, en el último capítullo, plasmé mi primera experiencia en Rusia.
