            This is a leaflet from "Bayonets into the ground" propaganda campaign which probably would have worked better if the Red Army soldiers who did defect were not treated like cattle and executed/starved en masse... Here is the translation:

            First photo:
            From German Order #13: Anyone who defects would be guaranteed the speediest return to their home country after the end of the war.

            PASS
            Pass is valid for an unlimited number of officers, enlisted men and commisars of the RKKA who choose to defect to the German Armed Forces, their allies, Russian Liberation Army as well as Ukrainian, Caucasian, Cossack, Turkestanian and Tartar liberation forces. Thos who wish to defect can also do it without a pass: it is enough to raise your hands and shout "Stalin Kaput!" or "Bayonets into the ground!"
            Second photo:
            To all fighters at the Volkhovskiy Front:
