I have the magnificent 7 squirrells, but they are all alive, and come in every day for peanuts, and sunflower seeds. They take them out of my hand, and in the mountains they have an all black strain of real squirrells that look just like your ceramic with the tall hairs on their tips of their ears. Yours doesnt eat, thats a lot cheaper, as i buy two bags a month of the salted shell 5 pound bags for these little tree pigs. one has one eye missing , and he get real excited and raises hell outside the window if we don't have any out when he shows up late. Their claws can cut you quick, i know they sometimes would grab my finger, and cut me , when they first tried it. Nice ceramic ....what are they worth retail ?? (ballpark)

Heres one thats a german shepherd, and same mark except for the handmade mark at the bottom...wow...i think youve got a big money piece there. http://www.rubylane.com/shops/barkusfarm/item/704

            Hello there,

A nice looking little guy. I'm also interested in knowing when this one is from; I would assume shortly after the war?
