i saw a documetary on stalinggrad once, were all the german vets were crying when they were telling about stalinggrad, there was a part they were at an airstrip, and young wounded boys hold on to the wings of planes that took off, they froze and fell to death, cause they wanted to get out

Wonderful photo, and great idea id like to see an EK as well like this....suddenly when you think of this award as being a common one, the effort to earn it was very uncommon, i think the monetary value is very low of this award
