          Ausgezeichnet

Very nice collection, and nothing small with it all, rather a perfect example that qantity never beats quality and that you are able to combine both!

Thank you all for the comments.

@ Eric-Jan: Fluffy and 107 are indeed the same. Did the baboon give it away?

@ Redline: I only bought that War Illustrated because there was an article in it about Operation Deadlight, the sinking of captured uboats after the war. Thank you for the offer though.

@ Sandervw: Unfortunantly not, but maybe it will in future. I only moved into this war room 3 weeks ago.

Maybe you can check the dutch forum in the mededelingen ---> kennismakings topic. I should be somewhere at page 1.

Excellent collectionI take it you have a special interest in U-9, the Traditionsboot of Otto Weddigen. My grandmother's lawyer was the nephew of Weddigen, and he had fantastic items from him.

The photos of the U-9 were actually the first I got when I started adding photographs to my collection. After doing some research on it, I discovered the history of this uboat. Since then I try to get my hands on every photo ever taken of the U-9 which isn't in my collection yet. The sigarette cards were just a lucky shot at Ebay.

Only problem is space, and I already claimed the biggest room in the house (except for the livingroom).

Related to Weddigen is the best thing that could happen. Imagine the history-tales you hear.
