Canadian Provost Corps

Going all Allied here :-)

A Canadian battle bluse from 43 and a Canadian beret from 45. Both made for the Canadian Provost Corps. The Canadian Provost Corps was the military police corps of the Canadian Army.

A Canadian battle blouse made in 45 that was issued and used by a Norwegian second lieutenant that had at least one combat jump and also had St. Olav's Medal with Oak Branch. The trousers and anklets are Canadian also,. The rest of the gear is British.

Details from the battle blouse shows the British jump wing and the ribbon for St. Olav's Medal with Oak Branch and Haakon VII's 70th birthday Medal.

The St. Olav's Medal with Oak Branch was awarded for personal courage and bravery in the fight for Norway during WW2.

Haakon VII's 70th birthday Medal was awarded military personnel who served in The Norwegian armed forces in Great Britain on Aug. 3-1942.

Thank you all for your kind words. Yes the SMG`s and MG's are all deactivated. There are not much hope in owning live firearms of this types in Norway :-(

I started this tread by using photo bucket when posting pictures and PB has change their policy so when people look at the pictures I have posted then this is using PB bandwidth. There is a limit to this bandwidth so I would have to upgrade my PB account to get a bigger bandwidth. I don't think this will happen but my PB account is reset every 30 days so the pics should be available if you check this tread at a later occasion.
