Look in the yellow pages for something to do with store displays or store fixtures.

It is not here in Canada and I have no ides how expensive it would prove in the end but there is always the Websterdisplays route. I would love one of these:

$200.00 US for a head, I do not think that I would want one.

Here is what I use. You can get them on e-bay for around $25.00 USD. They aren't heavy so shipping is reasonable. I just checked and there are about a dozen of them for sale.

Thought I would put one more source out there. This is a firm here in my hometown, been there lots of times and bought more than a few dress forms from them over the years for displaying my tunics. They have two locations in Canada, in Calgary and here in Winnipeg, but I do know they ship a lot of their items to different places.

Perhaps the second link shows more of what PAB_Collector is after. I have bought these before, they are great. Below are three views of one of them. This happens to be the long version, better for displaying a full length tunic. ITEM# BVJH6BE (note"6" instead of "5")

As part of a conversation with PD Sergeant I am including two more views of the above (hollow) dress form, showing the thin but strong fiberglass body under the padded white cloth sleeve. It is a very lightweight design.

And I must make a correction guys...

After my last post I took a fresh look at my dress forms and realized that the items shown in the link (BVJH6BE - long and BVJH5BE - short) are NOT the same as the above five photos, but rather a different (if similar) style of dress form. I own examples of both. The unnamed type I have pictured have a pure white color and also come in both a long or short version like the BVJHBE forms in the link and are about the same in price. (WR Display sell both styles)

The BVJHBE long and short forms in the link are heavier and a bit larger, being made of a foam material covered with a cream colored cloth sleeve.

                              Sorry for any confusion.
