What's on the wall above the bookcase? Is it a German shooting placard/target? If so, any chance of a better look?

Yes, that is a shooting target from 1937, with a French WWI tank (think it's a Somua). It says "Painted by Georg Frieß" and "Shot by Hans Köpf." I don't have a better photo, will have to take one.
