I recently picked this up from Germany and was wondering if anyone could tell me if they have seen this type of bar before.Is it legit ? What would his service background be ?? Please email me for pictures as I cannot add attachments.Thanks

I'd be very careful about that. There is some guy up around your way who makes up a lot of repro ribbon bars.

I just wonder; why You bought it first and ask now? If You are afraid of fakes save Your money and get first the knowledge.
As Doug said there are many guys around selling fakes of ribbon bars.
