I had no idea that you had so many PAB's let alone your very impressive WW2 museum ChetI have two comments...
1) for a guy that makes fun of Hymmen PAB's I sure see quite a few in your collection
2) I don't know how you are able to put this all this stuff away..hardly ever seeing all these great items!
Dan,
PS..I hope you have insurance for all this stuff and if so who do you use, if you don't mind me asking?
I use to wonder to myself why Chet has never shown his beautiful collection here on the forum, now after seeing it layed out and photographed I do realize what a task it must have been. Your son is right, you need a room, I'll come help, at the end of the day you can toss me one of your rusty ek's for my labor.
Thanks buddy, what a treat to see it layed out for all to enjoy.
Bill
Gentlemen,
Thank you for all the positive comments. I've always tried to obtain the best conditioned examples plus us-grading along the way.
As Dennis noted, it was a pain to take everything out of the safes for the picture shoot but I am glad that I finally got around to it. Indeed, as my son noted I need a room to display it all.
I'am glad that thoes of you who commented liked what you saw. Our hobby is so small that we do need to share it among ourselves. Again, thank you for your kind comments.
What a great collection...Outstanding examples and all in pristine condition. Your K98 and G/K43 collection is fantastic...I must admit that I like the G41 example you have best, outstanding condition and I have never seen one better.
