Hi Guys, it was my 17th birthday yesterday and I decided to post some pictures of my collection in my new house .

I wanted the new room to look very old like in WWII, so I went to an old wallpaper store in Ghent and I found very antique paper. I also got a antique closet to put stuff in that belonged to my grandmother's mother.

When we moved I sold a lot of stuff because I wanted to focus on Gebirgsjäger items. I only kept one infantery tunic.

So here we go, this is the main part of my collection, namely the gebirgsjäger uniforms. As you can see some of them need some extra equipment or a piece of headgear but you can't have it all.

This is my only infantery tunic that is left, but OMG what a beauty .
It's a near mint M36 tunic from IR119, the medals were still on it, togetter with the wisle when I bought it.



I got this poster in France many years ago, and it's a genuine one! It's in very bad condtion but not many persons have one like these.

This is my little presentation closet.

On the right you can see my first German helmet (ET64 M40 SD) and to the right a rare album of GJR98. In the middle is a Walther PPK that will come on my GJ oberarzt in the futur.



This is my (starting) insignia collection. In the middle my edelweiss, that I started to collect this summer. Please not they are all different!. than right I have someIR119 boards like my M36 inf. Tunic and to the left I have some GJ boards.

Daniele, I started collecting about 7 years ago (before that I was already interested). I managed to do some nice buys now and then, so don't think I paid top dollar for these items. I just learned how to do some business and making profit. So over the years I just bought and sold items and I kept what I liked, and this is the result.
