    Thank you for your very kind comment , I am almost blushing .
    I think it is in part visiting the Imperial War Museum when I lived in London at least 6 times a year for 10 years , their quality stays with you ,and gives you something to strive for as a collector .

      Here is a Mike Force guy I am working on .
      He has still some way to go but all I have to do is get some old boxes open to find the rest of his gear that i stashed away enons ago ,Note the Viet made MF scarf and the Viet tigers with the addition of a first aid pocket on the left arm .

            Jumping back to my first SS guy in the 44 dot , here is the back of his 2nd pattern cover clearily showing the #2 plain tree overprint .
            This cover has 2 clips that are alike and 1 different .
