Vincent's winter collection

Greetings,

I visited the doctor about a month ago, 'cause I had been suffering from some strange urge to photograph my collection. He said that I probably had a bad case of "militaria-magazinitis " and told me that there wasn't much he could do about it. And thus he proscribed me some pills- Well, not for me but for my old digital camera- and said that I should just give in to this urge. And so I can now show you my very modest collection of winter uniforms....

Nice... do the boots with half leather half filt have a special name?

Hello, the ones with the thick wooden soles are called "Wachstiefel" or sentry boots- mostly used when on guard or static duty. The second type are called "Filzstiefel". Thank you for all your kind remarks, glad to see you like this part of my modest collection...
