    War Room/Study finished!

Well for the first time ever, I have an entire room devoted to my relaxation, reading, enjoying my pieces, and listening to music. And here she is, after alot of hard work, cleaning, storing items in the attic (have you ever spent an hour in an attic when its 98 degrees OUTSIDE and at least 120 in the attic? Its not pretty nor is the smell LOL). Anyways please enjoy, lord knows I am! All the best, Jonathan

P.S. Please ignore my ugly mug!

Very cool. I like the Star Wars materials in your mix. III Reich and Star Wars sort of go together. Somewhere, I saw a book that showed the design origins of Star Wars props & costumes, they kept returning to III Reich.

You could even say its one of a kind LOL.

Thank you gentlemen for the comments , Im really enjoying it.

As far as Star Wars and the TR there are alot of things Lucas drew from them, they had a special on the History Channel about Star wars and there was alot of things they showed with TR film footage and pictures and the movies, such as Vaders extended coal scuttle helm, the marching storm troopers goose stepping just like their TR counterparts, the wanting to dominant the world/universe, the master race (perfect clones of fighters ie the Clone Troopers and ultimately the Storm Troopers) etc.

Thanks again guys! Ive been saying on other boards when I get old enough to drink, a mini fridge is heading in there for 'those days' LOL. All the best, Jonathan

Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

when I was your age I had a similiar type room. but my theme was 3rd Reich and how can I describe it... Adams family style accessories. it was set up very well and all played into each other but I will admit, I had more than 1 chick have to go home once we entered the room. I guess domination of various themes doesnt attract all women. oh well, I thought it was awesome and I do believe most of you would also. to each thier own. good for you Jonathan. Glenn

Thank you gentlemen! Yes I agree to each his own, youve got to be yourself otherwise whats the point in living?

Chris VERY nice weapons display! I use mauslin cloth folded over the metal pieces to protect the wood/metal of the guns. Your idea I have never thought of and may have to adopt! The fabric is finicky when taking the guns up and down for dusting, cleaning etc . All the best, Jonathan
