Yes, these are fantasy stampers, once saw a guy who had boxes full, the most exotic..
Think they're Pakistani, the actual stamp part is made of a thin layer of copper plate filled up with resin inside... principle is a bit like the coins filled with chocolate, hope they weren't too expensive ?

Brad, i hope you didn't buy these at auctions..there are a cabal of men bringing in truckloads of these fantasy items from 'the east' and are salting all the smaller auctions in southwestern/eastern Ontario..

Whatever you do, PLEASE do not stamp any original period documents, postcards, feldpost envelopes, armbands or other items with these stampers. You won't be improving, only defacing. I can't tell you how many original items I've seen RUINED by someones attempt to 'enhance' an item.

Brad..you can take them apart, but even the stampings you have provided give clues as to not only where they were made, but the fact that they are in some cases outright fantasy stampers..

Poland and Latvia are the indistinguishable #1 and #2 in regards to fraudulant items..
