Uniform Collection - Part 1

The following are a series of photos of a collection belonging to a friend of mine here in town who has been collecting German uniforms since 1972. I hope you enjoy the photos and if you have any questions, please pass them on to me and we will get you the answers.

The first photos are a few general views of the collection. In this photo are featured four uniforms -- Customs, Rural Police, Protection Police, and Combat Police. Most of the uniforms complete with complete gear to include pants, belts, various hats, and other pieces.

I do not have any closeups of the RAD. Like you, my friend likes this branch as well. My feeling is that organizations like RAD will get more interest in the years ahead as has happened with Police. So you are well focused right now.

I will take more photos of the RAD uniform on my next trip over to visit the collection. There has been some demand for pictures of the Grossdeutschland parade tunic as well --- so I will have more details of those in a few days time.
