    stahlhelm badge collection to date

been a while since i posted anything on here.

but i have been a little busy with few projects.

pics not great here as had to take out of wooden frame to photo as just keep getting reflection

anyway my stahlhelm 1919-1932 badges with few added medals/badges for effect.

i still need to get a ww1 ek1 for the left side.

i was pondering if to add my ek2 spange to this group ?

i think if i do i may run into the risk of over crowding and getting away from the main subject which being the stahlhelm badges.

i post two pics in differant light. one with flash one without.

any suggestions on how to take a nice pic in the frame with glass ?

    best regards chris

ok a rear of my 1919. apparently one of 24 known in the world.

if anyone thinks it would be a good source of info i would be willing to post front and backs of all my years and for others to add to the thread. let me know if a worthwhile idea as would take a while to post them all

          Stahelm badges

          Hi Chris,
That is a wonderful collection. I have always found those badges to be very cool and now I wish I had held on to the ones in my collection.

          Regards,
          Jdoy

I love these badges, yet don't have one. They aren't real cheap and the thoughts of also having to find everyone of them may be too much. I guess the 1919 is out of the question. You have an awesome collection. Your display is nice, but personally, I would get a smaller case and just have the Stalhelm pins in there seperately, and start another case with your other items. I think these are unique enough, especially with all the ones you have to be in there own display. Just my two cents.

Very nice Chris. It shows that focus and persistance pays off in the end. I'd like to see them all individually posted.

IMy advise for You how to make photos, the most good var. is to make photos on day light witout flash.
