Well I'm a happy man again. My grown stepson finally moved out. Guess what I did with his room.

I think he's already realized he screwed up. But I got real lucky his sister is buying her a new home. Her loan was approved today. If he comes back I'll "rent" him her old room & pick up a little extra helmet money.

That helmet is just an old west German police helmet I set up on the shelf. Here's my WW11 collection. The SS dagger belongs to my stepson who moved out. He left the dagger with me to keep look after.

Joe, what are those small bags lying in the dagger boxes??

Those are Silica Gel Desiccant pks. They help protect against moisture. There's a thread about them in the Collector Community forum. Look for the thread titled Moisture. I was able to get a bunch Free from where I work. They were throwing them away.
