    Best Scrapbook Find

Hi guys-- Lately I've come across some interesting finds from vet scrapbooks. Sometimes they were kind enough to glue some of their pickups to pages of photo albums along with photos of themselves, their friends, etc. I nailed this one about eight months ago, and have loved it like a firstborn ever since. If you have some interesting picks of scrapbook finds, post them here. I think it's so cool to see what these vets considered interesting and important.

PS-- I'm new to posting, so if this doesn't work, I'm open to advice-- Thanks

photo 4. Does anyone know where this is, or why the vet (unknown to me) would have put it in his book. Did Hohenstaufen surrender near here?

Mayschoss isn't far from Remagen actually. I wonder if your guy passed through Mayschoss on his way to the Rhein?

It says "Ahrtal" in lower left corner, a small valley abutting the Rhine between Koblenz and Aachen. They make a small amount of red wine there, and it's very pretty.
