Solution: How to display flag/banner on wall

    Hello guys!

I have got a few questions regarding how I fasten my flags/banners to the wall in a safe and proper way. So here is my solution and I hope it will be of help:

I have made a little drawing. The thin plank must not be thick or broad (just a few centimeters), and thin enough for you to give it a little bend before you screw it to the thick plank (fastened to the wall). Don’t bend it to much, it might break. You only need a few centimeters opening between the thin and thick planks to get the top of the flag/banner down and behind it.

The thin plank should be approximately 3-4 centimeters longer than the thick plank. Then, when you screw one end of it to meet the end of the thick plank edge-to-edge, the other end of the think plank will stick out 3-4 centimeters on the other end. When you bend it in and screw it edge-to-edge to the thick plank you will get a little bow you need to put the one end of the flag/banner behind.

    Good luck

If you want to paint the planks remember they must be properly DRIED before you hang the flag/banner on. And you should also consider putting some paper in between (cover the thin plank)

      Tops!

Really the best solution i have seen. It doesnt need any clips, wont tear because of clamps or stretch.
      Really well thought! Congrats!
