    Cross Display

What is the best way to display uncased iron crosses? I have seen perched upon small plexiglass looking stands. These seem to diplay well, does any one know where they can be purchased. Any better ways to display, let me know.
    Thanks
    Todd

Here's one source for the stands:

Using the forum Search function, type in "plastic display stands" and you'll probably find more vendors of these popular items .

I think if you have quite a few crosses they should be framed. I'm working on two frames for my collection, a display with representitive crosses from the ages on different ribbons, schinkel, round 3 etc etc and another for my maker marked crosses. They look visually stunning if mounted in the right way and take up less space on shelves, display cabinets etc.
If however, you only have a few crosses they do look good in a cabinet displayed with other awards, documents or photos.
Whichever way you choose, enjoy them!

First of all, nice stuff Greg and Ricardo. Thanks for showing!

Next, wish it was possible to get these cases here around (Denmark). Have so far only been able to get some photo cases that was large enough and had about an inch of air between the glass and the backplate.

With some modifications they could be used but can't get them anymore. Have searched six months for an alternative but nada
