I had the honor to take a "few" things with me out of Thijs his beautifull collection. Those things have found there place in my cosey cabbin !!
this diorama gives immage to a situation in Holland in the late 44's.
The Germans Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe Fallschirmjäger have occupied a Dutch farm house to prevent from the cold weather outside.
I think these pics say more than enough, wont you think !

Well I have bad news and good news. THe bad news is my wife won't allow me to move the kids out of their room to make a display. The good news is I can dress them up as Flakhelferin and have a living history going on in my house! The first few years will be great, but by 45 I hope the girls stick with it when they lose the war...
